Indoor decoration is minimal. Existing decoration is protected while restoration and conservation works are carried out. One of the elements decorating the nave is wrought iron lamps hanging from the roof exposed structure, maintaining the rural Colonial style.
While they are not installed at the present time, walls have small-sized pictures with imagery related to the Stations of the Cross.
Altar area is simple; it is identified from the rest of the nave by gradients with stairs. A small-sized altar is located at the center of the nave. There is a bust of Saint Francis of Assisi behind the altar. The wall behind the altar is decorated with an ancient image of Christ on the Cross.
