Iglesia La Viñita – Architecture

Current church structure is quite simple: a main parallelepiped covered with a gable roof, corresponding to the interior nave, connected to an external tower that acts as an entrance porch. The building is appealing due to the contrasting colors of the structure: an eye-catching cobalt blue with certain elements in white. A single double-wing entrance door with a semicircular arch in the top border is covered by the tower structure sustained on the front by two columns resting on plinths crowned with a frieze and triangular pediment.

Inside, the temple has a single and simple nave with a lintelled roof that finishes in the altar area. It has windows showing the thickness of walls, and also niches used for devotional altars.
