Temple walls are painted in light colors, such as light blue and cream. In the lower part of the church, walls are divided into panels, which depict small light-blue-on-cream flower patterns, festooned in the upper part. All the panels are framed by a light blue border.
The upper part, close to the openings, is decorated with longitudinal stripes, intercalated for generating a set rhythm. In order to maintain continuity inside the building, main colors are being used.
Wall dividing the apse nave and the altar has eight sides. This space is painted imitating niches, which portray stands for votive images. Semicircular arch used for ending up this wall has a decorative band which shows the following phrase: AVE MARÍA PURÍSIMA (HAIL PUREST MARY).
Apse is painted with the same color palette, and the architectural decoration is painted in an illusionist style. The central part of the building is painted mimicking a reredos as a background for the main altar. There is room for a real niche decorated with a lobulated arch, which has a stand for the Virgen del Tránsito, to whom the church is dedicated. All imitative architectural paintings are in really bad conditions.
