Indoors, the church is luxuriously ornamented. Domes are entirely painted, as well as walls, which depict motifs on the background such as fleurs-de-lis and the Sacred Heart Cross, among others. Furthermore, these walls are structured as modules with a vertical painting embedded in a semicircular arch and crowned with three circular elements: a central one representing the Holy Spirit and two lateral ones with space for stained glass windows. Vertical paintings were made by the artist from Valparaíso Alfredo Valenzuela who, at the request of Domingo Fernández Concha, portrayed the figures of six saints. The north wall displays Saint Alphonsus Maria de’ Liguori, Saint Teresa of Ávila and Saint Francis of Assisi. The south wall exhibits Saint Ignatius of Loyola, Saint Rita of Cascia and Saint Dominic de Guzmán. Stained glass windows requested to the Mayer House in Munich, Germany, along with several wood-carved figures of saints, complement the lateral wall paintings.
In the Main Altar there are wood-carved figures portraying the Immaculate Conception of Mary, Saint Anne and Saint Joachim, also made by the Mayer House, especially for the Santa Rita Chapel.
The altar is made of bronze and the side pulpit, of carved oak. A balcony on the second floor, next to the altar, was connected to the house and was used as a family chapel.
